Milei conmemora a las víctimas del Holocausto e insta a "tomar partido" por Israel

"Es una obligación moral", dijo el presidente argentino.

El presidente de Argentina, Javier Milei, ha reafirmado este miércoles su apoyo a Israel durante la conmemoración del Día del Holocausto y del Heroísmo. "Cuando se libra una batalla entre el bien y el mal, entre la libertad y la opresión y entre la civilización y la barbarie, tomar partido no es una opción entre otras, sino una obligación moral", declaró.

Calificando el Holocausto de "quizás la tragedia más grande en la historia de la humanidad", el presidente argentino rindió homenaje a los judíos que murieron luchando por su libertad durante el nazismo. Además, trazó un paralelo entre los 300.000 judíos encerrados "en condiciones inhumanas" en el gueto de Varsovia por el régimen nazi durante tres años con el ataque de Hamás a Israel llevado a cabo el 7 de octubre de 2023.

"Hoy, nuevamente, estando bajo amenaza, rodeados de enemigos que persiguen un objetivo afín al objetivo de quienes encerraron a más de 300.000 almas en el gueto hace ya 80 años, porque la intención de Hamás el 7 de octubre fue la misma que la de los nazis: asesinar directa y deliberadamente gente inocente", afirmó.
