Rusia repele un contraataque ucraniano en la provincia de Kursk

Los militares rusos identificaron a tiempo a las unidades enemigas y, respaldados por la aviación, infligieron una derrota a los grupos de asalto ucranianos.

Las Fuerzas Armadas de Rusia repelieron un contraataque ucraniano en la provincia rusa de Kursk, comunicó este jueves el Ministerio de Defensa.

Según el comunicado de la cartera militar, dos batallones mecanizados ucranianos con vehículos blindados intentaron en la mañana de este jueves atacar a los militares rusos en varias oleadas. El ministerio señala que las unidades de la agrupación de tropas rusa 'Norte' detectaron a tiempo al enemigo y, apoyadas por la aviación, infligieron daños de fuego a los grupos de asalto de las FF.AA. de Ucrania.

"A partir de las 14.00 (hora local), los ataques de las formaciones armadas ucranianas fueron repelidos y las zonas pobladas están bajo el control de las tropas rusas", reza el comunicado. Las fuerzas del régimen de Kiev perdieron en este intento de contraofensiva seis tanques, tres vehículos de demolición, tres vehículos de combate de infantería y 14 vehículos blindados de combate.

"Las Fuerzas Armadas de la Federación de Rusia continúan la derrota de las formaciones de las FF.AA. de Ucrania en el territorio de la provincia de Kursk", escribe el ministerio. Las fuerzas rusas continuaron sus operaciones ofensivas y ataques tácticos operativos de aviación y con fuego de artillería, derrotando al enemigo. En total, en las últimas 24 horas, las pérdidas de las tropas ucranianas se elevaron a 205 militares, tres tanques, un vehículo blindado de transporte de tropas, 15 vehículos blindados de combate y 17 vehículos.
