"Intento de frustrar la visita a Moscú": Fico denuncia el cierre de espacio aéreo por Estonia

El primer ministro de Eslovaquia, Robert Fico, afirmó este miércoles que Estonia le informó que no permitirá que su avión vuele sobre su territorio hacia la capital rusa, Moscú, para participar en los eventos dedicados al 80.° aniversario de la victoria en la Segunda Guerra Mundial.

En un video publicado en sus redes sociales, el político denunció que autoridades estonias le impiden visitar Moscú al cerrar su espacio aéreo para su avión.

"Estonia nos informó hace un par de minutos que no nos permitirá sobrevolar su territorio. Por supuesto, se trata de un intento deliberado de perturbar mi visita a Moscú con motivo de la celebración oficial del 80.° aniversario del fin de la Segunda Guerra Mundial", manifestó Fico. 

En la misma línea, indicó que Eslovaquia tiene permiso durante todo el año para utilizar el espacio aéreo estonio para su comitiva gubernamental.

"Esto altera enormemente todo nuestro programa y lo complica, ya que no podemos cumplir con las fechas acordadas para mañana por la noche, el 8 de mayo, en Moscú", expresó, añadiendo que, a pesar de esto, se está haciendo todo lo posible para encontrar una ruta alternativa que le permita participar en los eventos conmemorativos y posteriormente celebrar cuatro reuniones bilaterales "extremadamente importantes".

Durante su estancia en Moscú, Fico tenía previsto reunirse con el presidente ruso, Vladímir Putin, y mantener conversaciones bilaterales con el presidente chino, Xi Jinping; el presidente brasileño, Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva; y el secretario general del Partido Comunista de Vietnam, To Lam.
